Après quelques années en tant que frontend leader warp10io chez Cityzen Data, Horacio travaille aujourd’hui au poste de developer advocate chez OVH. Il est le co-fondateur et dirigeant du FinistJUG (le French Jug le plus proche de la Silicon Valley !) Et du GDG Finistère, il est aussi Google Developer Expert (GDE) en Technologies Web et Flutter.
Spaniard lost in Brittany, unconformist coder, dreamer and all-around geek. Software Engineer by day, community organizer night, Horacio fell into web programming in 1997, and he has never left it.
