Philippe Wagner is president of Captain Contract. A graduate of HEC, he first worked for Deutsche Bank before becoming right-hand man to Gilles Babinet, the serial entrepreneur who is today responsible for French digital issues to the European Commission (Digital Champion), before creating Captain Contract with his brother Maxime, with the aim of helping small and very small businesses succeed by making the legal aspects accessible.
