Elodie Salin a rejoint Simplon début 2017 pour piloter la direction « formation, ingénierie et partenariats ». Ses missions : structurer son offre de services, du diagnostic conseil jusqu’à la conception des cursus de formation adaptés aux besoins des territoires et des entreprises et garantir la qualité des formations.
Elle a développé une expertise dans l’accompagnement des mutations des territoires, notamment au travers d’actions d’appui des transitions professionnelles des salariés et de renforcement de l’accès à l’emploi, au sein de structure variées – région, missions locales, afpa, opca commerce et intérim). Enfin, elle a occupé la fonction de Conseillère Formation au sein du Ministère du Travail en 2016.
Elodie has joined Simplon at the beginning of 2017 to lead the « training, engineering and networking » department. Her missions: ensure the quality of our trainings and structure the department’s services offer, from consulting to the designing of training curriculums that are tailored to the needs of the states and the companies.
Over the years and through various institutions she has developed an expertise in the support of territories undergoing changes, notably through the operational support of workers going through professional reorientation and through the strenghtening of the access to employment. She was also the Training Advisor to the Minister of Labour in 2016.
