Transformée en 2010 en agence de conseils, sa compagnie aide les entreprises à relever leurs défis liés à la transformation numérique, à l’entrepreneuriat et au leadership, à l’innovation et à la différenciation comme sources d’attractivité et de visibilité.
Après 5 ans de recherche, Fred Colantonio dévoile en 2012 une méthode innovante sur l’attitude à adopter pour réussir professionnellement, L’attitude des Héros ®, avec le credo : « Personne ne réussira à notre place. Soyons nos propres Héros. »
Fred Colantonio a publié 7 livres en 7 ans, dont 4 best-sellers et 3 sont publiés à la fois en Europe et au Québec. Il a délivré +745 conférences dans 13 pays, touchant ainsi des dizaines de milliers de personnes.
Fred Colantonio, a trained criminologist, is leaving the Belgian public administration after 5 years. He founded a communication agency with the desire to integrate psychology and human relations (customers and employees) at the heart of the business’ success.
Becoming a consulting agency in 2010, his company helps other companies meet their challenges related to digital transformation, entrepreneurship and leadership, innovation and differentiation as sources of attractiveness and visibility.
